"How To Register"

Registering for the AMCA certification exams is quick and easy.
When applying to become an approved testing center
each school has the opportunity to select one of two ways
to register their students for the AMCA certification exam.

Option 1: School Pays for the AMCA Certification Exam
	It is highly recommended that each testing center builds the AMCA exam fee into its’ schools tuition. Schools that include the exam fee in their tuition will follow the next three steps.

Step 1:

AMCA registration forms will be mailed or emailed to your facility one month prior to each scheduled exam date.

Step 2:

Pre Registration:
The AMCA would prefer for each student to complete an AMCA registration form TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the scheduled exam date. All completed AMCA registration forms can be mailed or faxed back to the AMCA. Pre registering your students will allow the AMCA to generate a computerized exam sign in sheet. These sign in sheets will allow students to verify the correct spelling of their name; the way it would appear on the certification card and certificate.

Extra registration forms will be available the day of the exam for walk-ins, but IN ORDER TO SERVE YOU BETTER, PRE-REGISTRATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Step 3:

Upon completion of the AMCA exam:
All exams, approved sign in sheets and any additional registration forms, must be mailed back to the AMCA with a school check or credit card. Nothing will be processed until all required materials are received.

Option 2: Student Paying for AMCA exam: (SELF PAY)
	If your institution has chosen to have your student individually pay for the AMCA exam, there are two ways each student can pre-register. Students can either register online with a credit or debit card, or they can complete an AMCA registration form and mail or fax it to the AMCA.

Student Pre-Registration Process: Online Pre-Registration:
	The quickest and most efficient way to have your students pre-register for the AMCA exam is to click here (Online Registration) and complete the online registration form. You can use a Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard to secure your exam date and time. No pre-registration is complete without full payment.

Class Room Registration:
	Students can obtain a registration form from their instructor, school director or the easiest method is to register online.
